I love all the motivational posts here on Tumblr but we don’t see enough pictures of overweighet people exercising. The reality is that we’re not all fit yet but that doesn’t mean that we’re not doing our best to reach our goal. I have so much respect for people who make efforts, no matter what their size or shape is, that I thought I would dedicate them a post.

Salmon and Apple Salad (Wrap) 1can of boneless, skinless wild salmon; 1/4cup of each chopped apple and chopped celery, 2tsp of chopped red onion.
In another bowl, combine 2tsp balsalmic vinegar, 1tsp olive oil, 1tsp honey, season with black pepper, toss with salmon salad.
You can now spread this on an 8inch whole-wheat wrap; top with 1/2cup of chopped lettuce, and roll up, if desired. It is also edible as is.
